If you currently don't qualify for a loan, you can select your home with a Real Estate agent, and we'll buy it. Then we'll lease it back to you, typically on a three year lease. This gives you the opportunity to repair any damage to your credit so you can better qualify with the bank at the end of the term.

If you need a real estate agent, we have a really great one that is personable and fun to work with. We'll give you his name and number when you call us, or we can work with your agent.

Also, we have an excellent mortgage broker that we have established a long term relationship with, who would be happy to work with you to make sure that you will be able to qualify at the end of your lease term. Again, you are not obligated to work with her, but she comes highly recommended.
